2023 Spring AC Check Up Customer wanted inspection on both systems. Complaint water leaking into basement. Found that the drain was clogged and cross threaded going into the drain pan. Replaced damaged section of pipe and thoroughly flushed drain line. Downstairs system was also 1 lb low on R-410A. Upstairs system needed a new capacitor on outdoor coil and could need some Freon in the future. Both systems are operating normally at this time.
