Will come up with a quote and let customer know. Suction line service port was also leaking as well, however I tightened it and it stopped for now. We will double check that it’s not leaking when we get here to repair the liquid line however it might be a good idea to just replace both since Both were leaking to prevent any future issues. Compressor was running, I explained to customer that running it without refrigerant can cause damage to the compressor and there is no guarantee after it’s fixed that there will not be any further issues. Customer is going to discuss the idea of a new system and get back to us. Emergency heat is on at this time.
