Water in floor

No AC, upon arrival both thermostats were satisfied at 74. Turned both on, noticed small amount of water around indoor unit in basement. Checked charge, found unit low on gas, watched water fall off of coil, this is common when low on refrigerant. Added 1.5 lbs of 410a, charge is perfect now. No more water fell off the coil, checked and confirmed drain was not clogged. Cleaned up water on floor. Tested both thermostats, working great. Unit has to have sprung a small leak, charge was good during maintenance in April. Would suggest a $185 leak search, or just wait until spring and we can look for it during maintenance

There was a slight hump in the drain under the house. Lowered it to help prevent any sort of double trapping. System appears to be draining properly. Upstairs system needed 2 lbs of R-410A. Customer would like to have a check up on both systems when possible.

Upstairs system had a cracked drain trap which caused the secondary drain pan to fill up with water. Replaced and heavily insulated drain trap, cleaned out drain pan, and flushed drain line. Wet switch also would not reset and needed replaced. Replaced wet switch and system appears to be operating normally at this time.

PCSA 2022 Heating Check Up Renewal Blower motor/wheel appears to be slightly off balance but not having any issues. System could be a little low on R-410A but not enough to add any at this time. Everything else was clean and checked out well. Will monitor during future check ups. System is operating normally at this time.

Heating Furnace Repair - Cause of the issue was tripped limit. When the power went out while the furnace was running, rising heat from the heat exchanger caused the limit to trip. Reset limit, replaced filters, and checked system operation. Everything seemed to be operating normally at this time. Strongly recommend customer installs CO detector when possible.
