PCSA 2021 AC Check Up 2 system prepaid Downstairs system needed 8 lbs of R-410A. Customer wants leak search when possible. Downstairs system also has a fault in electric heater package. Half of the 3rd heat strip is drawing amperage at all times. Customer may want to replace next winter. Upstairs system will need new condensate pump during AC check up next year. Everything is operating normally. 4/12 Performed leak search. Found leak in liquid line service valve. Was able to work with valve and stop leak at this time. Future use of service valve may require replacement in the future. Everything else appears to be operating normally.
