Warranty. Arrived and discussed issue with customer. Found outdoor unit in a low pressure lockout. Reset defrost board and system came on. Ran system in cooling mode and system was currently operating at manufacturers specifications. Charge was at 9 degrees subcool,delta t across coil was measured at 16 degree split(supply temp was still dropping but thermometer was reacting slow) and blower fan amps were correct. After talking with patrick there could be an intermittent blower issue. While testing the system the blower never shut off and the system never went into a low pressure lock out. Discussed findings with customer and went over a check list in case this happens again.
