Arrived to home for concerns of noise coming from the attic. Upon arrival our clients explained to me that the noise was a high pitch sound and almost sounded like an animal. I proceeded to turn the unit on and into the attic. I visually inspected the unit. And could not replicate the sound. I also opened up the flue pipe and found nothing inside of it. The home does have evidence of water surrounding the hot water heater flue pipe and on the ceiling also. Kent is aware of this. I have no evidence to prove the noise was coming from the system and it is currently cooling properly. They will contact a handy man for the other issues we found today.
