Arrived to clients concern that the unit was not cooling. We arrived and I immediately proceeded onto the roof and check the condenser unit. I found the unit to be running properly without any electrical issues. Inside Brayden found the filters to be extremely dirty and partially collapsed. We removed and replaced the air filters and measures the temperature drop in the shop. We measured a 18° drop from the front return to the main supply in the prep area. Our client mentioned he kept the thermostat set to 74° and customers complained that it was hot. We suggested keeping the temperature to 70 or 72° and if that would improve comfort for patrons. The unit is cooling properly on departure.
