I found the system tripped on the roll out switch. One of 2 things are happening: 1. If the system runs for a prolonged amount of time, it expands the heat exchanger exposing a crack. Cracks in the heat exchanger causes carbon monoxide to be released into the house and would cause the flame to dance around hitting the roll out. Also, the fence is a fire hazard. 2. The draft from the wind and placement of the fence is causing the flame to dance and trip the roll out. I instructed the customer to get carbon monoxide detectors for the downstairs for the time being and informed them that the system is getting close to replacement.
