Issue Reported: The customer reported that the upstairs unit was not cooling properly. The coil on this unit was recently replaced. Diagnostics Performed: 1. Conducted a thorough evaluation of the upstairs air handler and outdoor condenser unit. 2. Turned on all three gas furnaces to heat the home above 80°F to properly assess the cooling function. • Furnaces ran for over 30 minutes to achieve the desired indoor temperature. 3. Turned off the heating system and switched the upstairs unit to cooling mode. 4. Allowed the system to run for 20 minutes before analyzing refrigerant levels. Measurements Taken: • Initial Supply Air Temperature: 49°F (see attached pictures) • Return Air Temperature (Ductwork Average): 75°F • Verified Second-Stage Compressor: Operating correctly • Equalized System Pressures (5-minute rest period): • High side: 176 psi • Low side: 176 psi • Post-Run System Measurements (After 20 Minutes of Operation): • Supply Air Temperature: 49°F • Return Air Te
