Performed 2 system cooling maintenance. I checked amps, capacitors, filter, electrical, drains, cleanliness, and safeties. The systems are performing within manufacture specifications with some needed recommendations. I provided options for protection against surges for the indoor equipment and outdoor equipment. The surge protectors come with a 3 year warranty and some damage coverage, if the surge protect fails to do its job. I provided pricing for a blower cleaning on the unit in the kennel area. The blower motor has excessive build up. This results in the motor working harder to perform its normal duties and failing prematurely. Also, I provided pricing to perform drain treatments on both system. I brought back up the big hole in the roof because of a missing whirly bird and informed them that the rain is just going straight into the attic.
