Performed single system cooling maintenance. I checked amps, capacitor, electrical, safeties, cleanliness, drains, refrigerant, filter, ducts, and washed the outdoor unit. The system is performing inside of manufacture specifications with some suggestions. I noticed that the blower insulation was falling down on top of the blower. I used spray glue to secure the insulation back. I observed that the system does have an emergency drain pan float switch. However, with the current design of the drain, the float will be bypassed until the problem becomes huge. I recommend we add another float switch to detect a clog before it becomes a big problem. Also, advised adding a blow out valve with the float to allow easy clearing and less clogging points caused by just adding a coupling. There are 2 return ducts that are getting metered down to about 50% of return air. This will cause a problem over a couple years. This can cause damage to the compressor, evaporator coil, and blower motor. I prov
