Performed single system cooling maintenance. I checked amps, filter, electrical, drains, cleanliness, safeties, temperature differential, and refrigerant temperature. The system is cooling to manufacture specifications. Customer spoke about some uncomfortable areas in the house. The system has a poorly designed duct system and the insulation levels are low. The customer informed me that his reme halo was disconnected due the ozone making them feel ill. I provided pricing for drain treatment, insulation, air scrubber, and duct redesign. Customer approved the drain treatment and would like to discuss with his wife in private for the other options. If customer approves insulation or duct replacement, I will need to come back to locate recessed lighting and map out the ducts that are currently there.
