Ac preventative maintenance on a heat pump from 2020 with air filter size 16*25*4 which customer has recently replaced. During my inspection customer brought to my attention that she was having the company that installed the system come out to change the drain pan because it has rust. I also found the capacitor to fail today’s inspection and after bringing it up to the customer she decided to have the original company replace it. Overall the system is cooling and running, electrical components and connections are good and I washed the coil outside today.
