Performed single system heating maintenance. Checked amps, capacitor, filter, refrigerant, electrical, safeties, and cleanliness. System is heating to manufacture specifications. Recommendations 1. System does not have a water safety switch. This makes the home subject to water damage if the drain becomes clogged. 2. The blower wheel is extremely filthy. This reduces efficiency and adds extra wear to the motor. 3. During start up the compressor has a huge influx of power. Rated 104 but it is pulling 130. This causes extra wear to the compressor and can lead to it shorting out or locking up. Suggest adding a hard start kit. 4. The system has growth forming under the blower motor. If this is left unaddressed it will become worse and harder to contain. Recommend adding a u/v stick to sterilize the inside of the cabinet.
