Arrived on site, customer stated unit was not cooling while running. Upon initial inspection, it was noticed that two filters were being used a 4 inch on the unit and 1 inch filters on the ceiling. Proceeding to the outdoor unit, it was noticed that the coil on the condenser was pretty dirty. Upon further testing, it was found that the unit had exceeded the locked rotor amps. The compressor had gone into lockout safety not allowing the outdoor unit to turn on. We reset the safety and tested the outdoor unit. We found the compressor to have exceedingly high start amps over the manufacture limit. We showed our findings to Paul and we discussed options to bring start amps into normal range and also maintain the overall performance of the system. Our client elected to have the maintenance preformed today and we flushed and cleaned the drain line as well as washed the outdoor unit. Our client also elected to install a hardstart kit to help keep the compressor amps within manufacture specif
