I arrived at our clients home for a 2 system cooling maintenance inspection. I began by first locating the thermostats and attic access for both units. I then went outside to inspect and test the condenser units for both systems. Everything passed inspection today, the only area of concern is the older main unit is surrounded by bushes that need to be Mai gained and trimmed as to not restrict airflow for the unit. I then proceeded into the attic for both systems and tested the temperature drop and cleared the drain lines. The larger main area unit has had rodent activity in the past and our client provided white vinegar to be unused in the drain line to help detour rodents and also keep line clean. This unit also has a significant amount of dust accumulated on it and should be cleaned. I showed pictures of the dust to our client and they did complete some renovations that contributed to the dust in the home. I will send over a blower wheel cleaning estimate but our client want to wa
