Arrived at our clients home for the cooling maintenance inspection. Our client had recently replaced his air filters and did not need them changed today. We first began by inspecting if we could relocate a thermostat for Lynn in the upstairs hallway. We are able to preform the service but she declined to have it done today. We then proceeded outside to the condenser units and tested all of the electrical components for each unit. The smallest unit for the media room is struggling to cool. Our client is aware of this and is potentially interested in removing it completely and adding the ductwork to another unit. We discussed how only changing the duct work to the unit would cause stress on the unit due to the extra demand. And the better option would be to upsize the system for the entire upstairs space.
