Upon arrival, I found that the blow out valve was shut off. The initial call was due to water dripping out the secondary drain outside. I opened the blow out valve and the water drained. I called in to the office and it was decided for me to perform the cooling maintenance. I checked amps, capacitors, drains, electrical, refrigerant, refrigerant temperature, and cleanliness. I noticed that the upstairs unit has some build up on the bottom side of the evaporator coil and that growth is present in the airhandler. I provided pricing to address these issues. We will need to return to address an issue with the downstairs unit. The system appears to have none condensables present in the system. I performed a series of tests to determine this. I pumped the unit down and allowed it to sit testing if the refrigerant blend was separated. Also, I added 2 pounds of refrigerant to see if it made a difference. The pressures, super heat, and sub cool were constantly jumping around. We will schedule
