Started inspection on studio unit. Upon initial inspection, noticed that the filters were not a good fit. Recommended a customer using Honeywell filters as they will not allow as much dust past. I was starting to notice some accumulation of dust on the blower wheel likely due to the filter situation. Unit may need blower wheel cleaning in the future. Measured a 20° split between supply and return as expected. At the outdoor unit start and run amps for testing within range. wash condenser coils to promote heat exchange as they were pretty dirty. Everything operating normally. Proceeding to the main house unit, I changed the filter and tested the start and run amps on the blower motor. Amps were testing in range and I measured a 20° split from the supply and return as expected. Proceeding to condenser I tested the contactor and capacitor. Both were testing within range. I however did find this condenser start amps to be high which will put undue wear and tear on the unit. I would recomme
