Performed 2 system heating maintenance on a mini split and heat pump system. I thoroughly examined both system checking amps, electrical, safeties, drains, cleanliness, capacitors, and refrigerant. The systems are heating to manufacture specifications but I do have some recommendations and concerns. Recommendations 1. The main house unit does not have a float switch to shut the system down when a clog occurs. This can lead to water damage if unnoticed. 2. The main house unit’s emergency drain pan is too small for the unit. The pan should stretch the whole length of the unit in the case the airhandler becomes flooded with water. Also, this can cause water damage. 3. The main house unit has growth formations inside of this. This leads to poor air quality and illness. It is advised to remove the growth and install a u/v light to sterilize the inside of the cabinet. 4. The evaporator coil on the main house unit has become oxidized and formed a film. This reduces the efficiency of
