Homeowner stated that the unit wasn’t working, that he noticed the outdoor unit wasn’t coming on. We started diagnostic at the outdoor unit, thermostat was set to cool, unit came on normally, we checked compressors, condenser fan capacitor, tested ok, checked compressor/ condenser fan amp draw, checked refrigerant pressures, inspected indoor unit , checked return filter, inspected evaporator coil, measured temperature differential on cooling mode ,, we turned on/ off the outdoor unit several times ,, unit would start right away every time. Found no issues/ concerns at this time.
