I examined ductwork, electrical, cleanliness, safeties, and other inspector concerns. I spoke with the homeowner about the necessary course of action. The customer approve for 3 ducts to be replace: 2 bags 12” - 12x8x5 “Y”, 2 bags 18”, and 1 bag of 6”. Other repairs consist of chemically cleaning both outdoor units, replacing float switch on the main house, sealing all of the ducts to the plenums, and hanging all of the ducts with saddles.
