Upon arrival, I found the outdoor unit not operating. After further investigation, I found that the 40/5 capacitor was bloated causing the outdoor unit to not operate. Customer approved replacement. I installed the capacitor and tested the system to ensure proper operation. The system is cooling with a 20 degree temperature drop. Informed the customer to give it a few hours to cool down inside of the house. The unit is a 2017 Trane Heatpump. It is not communicating or zoned.
