Arrived on site, homeowner stated that thermostat would be unresponsive intermittently, but the unit was still cooling throughout. Thermostat was working properly when I arrived. I conducted extensive testing to try to reproduce the issue, however I was ultimately unable to reproduce the issue. No issues with the drain line. Advised homeowner that I believed the issue was with the thermostat as that’s where she was seeing the issue and the unit was still working. However, because I couldn’t reproduce the issue I could not verify for certain if it was the thermostat or the zone board. Homeowner is under parts and labor warranty. Advised home owner we could replace the thermostat and see if the issue persists. Unit in good working order upon departure.
