Client stated that the secondary drain pan was having water coming out of it. Upon inspection of the unit in the attic the I found the blow out valve to be closed causing the water to back up into the secondary drain pan. I opened the valve and tested for a clog. Not clog was present at the time of inspection. Unit was cooling upon departure.
