Performed maintenance on a Trane heat pump. Indoor electrical components are in range. Condensate lines are in need of a safety switch. Duct runs look ok at this time. Outdoor unit was chemically cleaned. Run motor was out of range and changed out today. Refrigerant levels are good. Disconnect box has no fuses or protection.
