Performed AC diagnostic on 2015 Carrier Heatpump. Upon my diagnostic client stated that he swapped out the capacitor and contactor for the Condenser but still no cold air coming out of the ducts. Upon my diagnostic I found that the system was operating but the compressor was off. The compressor was In internal Overload you to an overheating from low refrigerant. Put a compressor saver kit onto the system and compressor fired up. Let system run for approximately 10 minutes and found that it was low on R410a refrigerant charge. This is due to somewhere within the refrigeration cycle it is leaking. Advised Eric that I need that should be injected into the system so that we will be able to pinpoint the location of the leak so that no more refrigerant continues to escape out. Charged system up with approximately 9 pounds of refrigerant. Got system to an 18° split inside and 14° Sub cool on the refrigerant gages.
