I have their subscription plan where they come and clean and service the AC each spring and fall. They check all components and clean the condenser fins and stuff. If something needs replacement you also get a rebate. Mina from Cool Air Solutions came and checked the furnace for the winter season, and gave me a list of everything checked at the end of the visit. Good company that you can trust.
