Dylan is an excellent service technician. He is personable, honest and informative. He advised me of all my options and the cost-effectiveness of each. He arrived on time, investigated the problem and provided a reasonable solution. This was the second opinion for the repair of this unit. So far, the cost incurred was 1/5 of the other companies proposal. Since cooler installed this system, I would prefer to have them maintain it.
