I performed a combo maintenance today on a Lennox system. Upon arrival, the system is fully operational and both heating and cooling mode. I tested all electrical, mechanical and safety components. All components tested in range, including the compressor and fan motors with no signs of damage. I noticed the system did not feature surge protection on the indoor or outdoor unit. I just got the benefits of having surge protection and created estimates to send over to the customers email. I clean the outdoor coil as it was dirty and replaced the return air filter as it was dirty. The customer provided the filter. Upon departure took system, was fully operational, and both heating and cooling mode with optimal temperature differentials.
