Performed diagnostic on system. Homeowner moved in a couple months ago. Says his Ac works fine but there are wires in the condenser that are close to the blade and he’s scared the blade is gonna damage the electrical. Zip tied the wires out of the way. Cycled system system is cooling. Condenser fan motor is leaking oil. Also all the electrical components at the condenser are not installed properly, recommended redoing and cleaning up. Homeowner not interested at the moment. System is operational upon departure, no work performed.
