I expected a tech that was going to rush through some minimal work & try to up sell us on all kinds of repairs or upgrades. My immediate impression of Travis was that he was so friendly & polite. Then I couldn't believe how much he took apart and took the time to show me and explain what he found. Instead of just rushing through everything he spent over 4 hours inspecting, cleaning & repairing. Then when he finished he tested everything, put it all back together & cleaned up.
