I performed an AC maintenance today on a Lennox system. Upon arrival, the system was fully operational. I tested all mechanical, safety and performance systems. All electrical components including the compressor and fan motor tested in range with no signs of damage. I clean the outdoor coil and replace the return air filter as they were dirty. The system did not feature surge protection. Upon departure system is fully operational and heating and cooling mode with an optimal temperature differential.
