Jimmy is super knowledgeable and taught us everything about our AC and furnace...how they work, what parts are in good shape, what parts are deteriorating but don’t require changing yet, and what needs attention now and then he prepared three different lists with prices of what kind of repair we could make at this time. Jimmy is very personable and is an asset to your company. Give him a raise, he’s the type of employee you want to keep around because he’s making your company look great and I will be a repeat customer because of him!!
