I executed a thorough chemical wash on the evaporator coil of a client’s ductless mini-split system. The procedure included treating the coil with a foaming cleaner to break down accumulated grime, followed by an extensive rinse to enhance heat exchange efficiency. Additionally, I examined the refrigerant lines and confirmed adequate airflow within the indoor unit.
