Two system blue club AC maintenance. Joe(JC)R. 04/18/2024 Performed full system evaluation and safety inspection. I arrived from the customers, annual AC maintenance. The customer didn’t have any questions for me, so I went ahead and got started with the maintenance. I checked the main system that covers the bulk of the house first and washed out the condensers and then check the furnace and evaporator coil. I didn’t check the condenser. The house is main system was in good shape and I didn’t see any issues. I also change the filters for the customer. I also checked the ducted mini split system that handles the upstairs room. That system was in good shape and running well as well. I didn’t see any issues or problems with either system.
