On October 12, 2021 I arrive to a New customer nonmember upon arrival agreed the customer they stated that the unit sounds like he’s doing something but there’s no air coming out I went up into the attic and checked the blower motor it was just humming check the capacitor capacitor was good I tried to spin the fan motor did not spin and it was extremely hot I inform the customer that the motor was bad called the distributor verify that the unit was still under manufacturer warranty it is covered until September 2022Explain that today will be just a labor call plus diagnostic installed the new motor that I picked up from the distributor tested it it is working like it should I did amp drawls it’s pullin 4.7 A Everything’s working properly at this time thank you for your business Mike T
