17APR2024 Jason Brown Arrived for a customer referred no cool. Spoke with homeowner about the systems performance. The AC cuts out sometimes and only blows warm air, but this last time it cut out it hasn’t come back on in 3 days. Homeowner showed me to the thermostat, attic access and AC. Verified system was in cooling, adjusted temperature down to 70. Inspected furnace and coil. Found the coil clean, but the blower wheel dirty. Motor amps within manufacture specs. I found the back half of the emergency pan filled with blown in insulation, and the pan unlevel. Cleaned out electrical cabinets and buttoned up system. While inspecting the coil the AC turned on. Inspected AC, checked pressures, capacitor and contactor all readings came back normal. Opened AC and checked the fan and compressor. Both very hot to the touch. Spoke with homeowner about my findings and the nature of intermittent diagnostics. We decided to go ahead and get the AC cleaned today, then scheduled an appointment 2 we
