I arrived for a blue member ac pm and a heat pm. I first inspected the furnace located in the attic and checked all electrical components and gas pressure. I found no issues with the heater at this time. I then inspected the evaporator coil and found it to be clean with no issues. I then cycled the ac on and checked the condenser. I found the condenser coil to be stopped up. I cleaned the condenser coil and checked all electrical components and the refrigerant charge. I found the capacitor on the condenser fan motor to be weak at this time. I also found the system to be running at 9 deg subcooling and the system calls for the system to be running at 15 deg subcooling. I recommend to have both issues addressed. We decided to wait till next summer to address the issues on the condenser. I noticed that they are running the blower motor constantly to help filter the air. I recommend to have UV - UV/Ozone air purification system installed alongside with a electrostatic filter to completely
