Ray F. 7/23/22. Arrived to a new customer no cool service call and the customer greeted me at the front door. I introduced myself and asked what air conditioner issues he was having. I inspected the air filter and found it be very dirty. Replaced 16x25x1 air filter and inspected system. Found emergency float switch tripped and condensate drain line clogged. The condensate drain line is copper. Cleared line with nitrogen and checked system operations. Condenser fan motor and compressor amps normal. Contact, wiring and disconnect in good condition. Capacitor within manufacturer recommendations. Refrigerant charge ok. System working properly at this time. Recommend routine preventative maintenance. Thank you for your business.
