Enriki did an outstanding job with the tune ups of our 2 AC’s. We requested a new thermostat and the new one did not work properly! He checked with us the next day to see if it was working….very dedicated! Since he was on another job the next day, technician Brian completed the change over to another thermostat! Brian also was excellent! Nice to know Townsend has to outstanding technicians. Great job!!! We were happy with both of them! Kathy Rush

We did not have a bad winter last year He looked at all of the Burner because l feel the burner should and oil tank should be checks preventive. I will not answer the 2nd until l get the price of the chamber.

The service techician did a good job cleaning the furnace. He pays attention to detail. He remember cleaning our 102 year old furnace in the past which turned out was 10 years ago. We have been pleased with the service that we have had with Federal, now part of Townsend Energy.
