Performed heating maintenance Replaced steam cannisters for both humidifiers One had damaged electrode wires, installed a new set of electrodes These electrodes are recommended every few years. The other humidifier will likely require them next fall. Both humidifiers are operating properly at this time Shut down dehumidifiers. Replaced batteries in both thermostat remote sensors Replaced filters in all 3 rooftop packaged units Replaced blower drive belt on the large unit and set belt tension Other two units have direct drive blower motors, so no belts are utilized in them Inspected heat exchangers for all 3 units The middle and back of house systems are getting close to needing the heat exchangers Replaced. It could be another year or two until this is required, but did notate they are getting rusty on the seams.
