On arrival inspected system found unit getting pressure switch error. Inspected motor and motor was spinning, but not starting. After spinning motor by hand motor will start under power, but was making a bad screeching noise. Bearings have failed and need oiled to temporarily run unit. After oiling motor furnace was heating. Need to quote replacement inducer motor.

Replace failed oem Trane VS ECM motor with new universal VS ECM 1HP motor programmed for 3/4hp. Test ran operation. No other issues found or suspected.
Inspection shows that original 3/4hp 16 pin VS ECM motor has failed and will not operate when powered. Motor will need replaced.
Preventative maintenence inspection on Tempstar furnace. Replaced 16x25x1 air filter. Clean flame sensor and check ignitor. Visual inspection of burners. Test ran in heating mode from thermostat. Temperature rise is within specs. Blower and inducer motors tested good. 4" galvanized B-vent in good condition and no sign of leaks. 0PPM CO detected during testing.
