Performed heating maintenance Signed up for silver maintenance plan Concern of a no heat condition a few days back where the inducer motor was turning on and off and the house got down to 55⁰ Resetting the power to the furnace solved the issue No fault code history pertaining to a no heat condition Considering that a power reset got the furnace to snap out of what it was doing, suspect a brown out or electric blip from AEP put the system into a confused state Like a computer, rebooting the system clears up a lot of issues that can occur Humidifier water panel was very bad replaced it 20x25x4 filter is in good condition. Performed heating maintenance on two 2016 Lennox 93% efficient single stage natural gas furnaces Smaller furnace is 70,000btu 3.5"wc 54⁰ temperature rise Larger furnace 110,000btu 3.5"wc 55⁰ temperature rise 16x25x1 and 20x25x1 filters are in good shape, left the ones we provide at the furnaces Pulled and cleaned flame sensors Checked Condensate lines Inspected vent piping Larger furnace does have some intake condensation evidence, burners may eventually need replaced Discussed adding an intake drain, declined for now Checked and adjusted gas pressures to factory spec Temperature rises within factory specs Blowers are a little dirty, but not to the point of affecting performance Intake screens are clear No signs of water leaks inside or around the furnaces No concerns found on today's visit
Remove and replace blower motor and replace thermostat due to unit running cooling and heat at same time. test run heat. Perform combustion analysis - unit passed 15 co 30coaf verified heat safe for operation due to unaware of exact circumstances furnace gas was shutoff. No concerns post repair unit heating as expected
On arrival inspected heat pump and discovered there is no heat pump on site. Air conditioner only and it is currently cycling with heat call. Inspected thermostat and thermostat is sending both heat and cooling call. Believe problem was discovered during summer because the gas is shut off to the furnace. Additional problem with system, the blower motor is not cycling, ( 15mfd @15.06 ) which is likely what caused the unit to freeze because there is an outdoor ambient kit installed to prevent freezing during cold weather. Due to the age and the amount of failed parts recommending replacement as well as the uncertainty of furnace conditions with the gas being turned off. If repairs were made combustion should be performed on furnace. Furnace on landing on top floor 10ft ladder required/duct jack for replacement

Honeywell bypass humidifier and duct-mounter humidistat are currently functioning normally and was set to 40% Thermostat indicates the house only 28% Humidity We turned the humidistat all the way up Allow 24hrs to see if humidity level increases in the house If the current humidifier cannot provide adequate humidification capacity, we recommend installation of a steam humidifier An electrician will need to provide the required electrical power to the vicinity so we can tie into it. 1/2" cold water line is in the mechanical room Current humidifier has hot water tied to it

Preventative maintenence inspection on Trane high efficiency furnace running in great condition. 20x25x4 air filter is new today. #35 humidifier pad is new today. No more filters or humidifier pads left on site. Clean flame sensor and check ignitor. Visual inspection of burners. Flush condensation trap and drain lines. Run test unit in heating mode. Temperature rise is within specs for both stages. Blower and inducer motors tested good. 3" pvc flue in good condition and no sign of leaks. 0PPM CO detected during testing. Humidifier tested during heating operation. Systems are operating properly, efficiently and ready for Winter.
Upon arrival found rollout safety tripped Furnace producing more than 1500ppm carbon monoxide out the exhaust Heat exchanger is failed **Extremely dangerous to operate in its current state** Furnace needs replaced 2003 Bryant 100,000btu two stage 90% efficient furnace 21" wide 5 ton AC 2" exhaust and intake piping roughly 35' long 12x24 return drop 3/8 × 1-1/8" line set 82" overall height available if the 5" flex duct on the back side is moved up
