Went through system to address comfort discrepancy complaints between rooms. Easiest solution is adding a 4th zone. We will work up a proposal for these modifications. Signed up for platinum maintenance plan.
Going through a Bosch dual fuel (natural gas furnace with heat pump) zoned system. Trying to solve air balance issues.
Got into the attic and went over all the ductwork. Everything is in flex duct, some of it undersized, a lot of it spliced into tee fittings that are not proper for correct airflow. Declined duct modifications, suggested closing down registers where airflow is OK in an attempt to improve airflow to the areas of concern. Performed heating and cooling maintenances: Cleaned flame sensor, checked gas pressure. Ran combustion and carbon monoxide tests. Combustion pass, 0ppm carbon monoxide in ductwork. Temp rise 50 degrees. Blower capacitor 5mfd. Condenser coil clean. Capacitor 44/5mfd. Refrigerant charge OK. 19 degree drop. Adjusted outdoor unit position with gravel, it was settled and unlevel.

Relocate Heat Run in bedroom above to Garage Side Wall. Cover and patch existing boot hole Run will be Flex 6" piping to new boot.
Flooded over furnace emergency drain pan in the attic is coming through the second floor ceiling in the upstairs hallway. Water is flooding into the emergency overflow pan because the furnace / AC condensation drain is T'd into The overflow pan with no offset or backflow preventer. The drain is clogged downstream under the furnace causing backup into the overflow pan. *At the same time the emergency overflow pan is full of blown cellulose insulation preventing the drain safety switch from floating up and shutting off. Flush drain and clear a blockages, clean flooded water in the attic, clean insulation from overflow pan as much as possible. Run test cooling mode at 53°and confirm condensation water flow into the 1.5" house drain in the attic.
