Three Waterfurnace 5 series all running in new condition. Individual air filter are in new conditon. Changed this month by Josh. Tested electric strip heat and tested watt usage on each unit. Blower motors are all operating within spec. Tested each unit in geothermal heating aswell. Through Aurora Aid Tool, checked electric strip heat Watt usage, blower motor amp draw, Heat of extraction, compressor Amp draw, and refrigerant pressures. No issues detected for any units while on site today. All systems are properly operating and ready for Winter.
Corinthian will be responsible for the bill due to the fact that the fans are in operating conditions from what I can tell. Shower fan will not come on by the switch. Shower switch actually turns the light and fan off to the toilet room. Concerns for bathroom fan being loud are believed to be caused by the fact that with the shower switch off the bathroom switch will not cycle the bathroom light or the fan unless you turn on the switch at the shower. They said it never made noise prior and now it seems louder than before but that’s because it only works with the shower switch on
Furnace had stored faults for ignition failure. Cleaned flame sensor, checked propane pressure. Adjusted house regulator and set furnace Manifold pressure to 11".
Dispatched for after hours no heat call. Found gas cock shut off. Open gas tested operation. Set Vision Pro 8000 to 2 deg droop and 4 hr Aux timer. Explained operation to customer. System operating correct at this time. Removed diag fee and consider this a one time free inspection after construction.
Electric heating preventative maintenence inspection on three Waterfurnace 7Series geothermal units and Desert Aire pool unit. All three Waterfurnace units running in great condition. All 30x32x2 air filters in good condition. All humidifier pads in good condition. Geo #2 humidifier power was not hooked up. Verified proper low voltage wiring and thermostat programming. Beth got an extention cord and we plugged it in. All humidifiers are operational. Flushed coil drain traps to clear debris. Test ran units in emergency heating mode to analyze electric heating strips. All units are properly operating in EM-Heat. Test ran units in geothermal heating mode to verify operation. All units are properly operating in geothermal heating shown from Aurora Aid Tool. All ground loop systems are operating at ~45psi inlet pressure when running at 100% speed. Desert Aire system is operating in great condition. Filters changed on 11-2. Electric heating package is operating properly.
