I dread hiring contractors because it seems things never go as discussed or that corners get cut. I was so happy when Westin changed my furnace and ac because not only did it go just as discussed, the work was clean and meticulous and the workers were professional. The price was better than other quotes I got (from the companies with the high dollar tv and radio ads you always see). I definitely will recommend them to friends and family.

2019 Carrier high efficiency furnace running in great condition. 20x25x1 air filter in good condition. Clean flame sensor and check ignitor. Visual inspection of burners. Flush condensation trap and drain lines. 2" pvc flue in good condition and no sign of leaks. 0PPM CO detected during testing in basement. Humidifier pad is new today, damper opened, and test ran solenoid operation. Furnace test ran in heating mode. Delta t of 58F with supply temp of 133F, spec Delta t of 40-70F. All systems are operating properly, efficiently and ready for Winter.

EAL15A safety contactor needs replaced Repressurize ground loops from zero psi to 40 PSI, maximum house pressure Test run humidifier, turn on water supply in the basement, discover leaking water from inside the equipment. ***Humidifier needs serviced to stop the leaking water before regular use this season Recommend full system shop vac cleaning Trip charge and ground loop repressurization will be rolled over into the final bill after the strip heat safety relay is replaced Parts are on order awaiting delivery from WaterFurnace Estimate including today's bill has been sent to homeowners for online approval
7.5mfd blower capacitor is reading 2.5mfd and needs replaced. This is causing strain on the blower motor, longer startup and intermittently working conditions. Replaced with new 7.5mfd capacitor. Test ran fan only and heating modes.

Upon arrival, thermostat is in off mode. Turned thermostat to heating and set to 90f. Inducer motor comes on instantly as it should. Approximately 10 seconds later the ignitor comes on, and Approximately 5 seconds later, the gas valve opens and the gas is ignited properly. Approximately 3-5 seconds after ignition, the gas valve shuts and the system shuts off. Visual inspection of flame sensor indicates that it is very dirty and possibly not letting the flame seating current to make proper contact. Remove, clean, and replaced flame sensor. Inspected burners to verify they are not rusted or and also causing connection issues. Turned the furnace back on and test ran in heating from thermostat. Furnace comes on as it should and flames stay on thus time. Tested system for 15 images with no issues. Checked Amp draw of both blower and inducer motors, gas valve is getting proper 24v, and pressure switch is satisfied. No other issues detected during testing.
