Upon arrival inspected furnace and dicovered propane heat running and delta T of 27°. Checked to verify ac was not operating and verified gas pressure low at 7.98 and rated for 11.0inwc, increased gas pressure brought delta T up to 58° changed thermostat programming to lockout heat pump at 20°.

Upon arrival discovered a broken fitting for the drain. Repaired drain, cleaned furnace, test ran equipment. 2017 Lennox high efficiency furnace running in great condition. 20x25x1 air filter is new today. Clean flame sensor and check ignitor. Visual inspection of burners. Flush condensation trap and drain lines. Run test unit in heating mode from thermostat. Delta t of 59F, with supply temp of 126F, spec delta t of 40-70F. Blower motor and inducer motor running within spec. No issues found. System is operating properly, efficiently and ready for Winter.
Perform platinum heating maintenance Replace 20x25x4 filter Clean flame sensor Ohm test igniter at 57.4 ohms Adjust drain clamps for inducer trap assembly to stop leak Clean rusty parts from humid fresh air (3” condensation trap ok) Burners clean Test run unit, verify delta T and check amp draw on each motor. No major concerns were found among the system. Everything is in good working order. Replace #35 water panel and shop vac all the dust and debris from previous panel.
Furnace is no longer under standard parts warranty Replaced control board. Furnace operating normally at this time.
Diagnosed failed control board. It will not energize the blower. Verified blower motor is good by applying power directly to it for testing purposes. Humidifier was leaking water and had an extreme amount of build up and bacterial growth. Improperly installed: no drain pan underneath it. Disabled the humidifier per Adam.
Both Trane high efficiency furnaces running in great condition. 20x25x4 air filters are in new condition. Cleaned flame sensors and checked ignitors. Visual inspection of burners. Blow out internal condensation traps. Pvc flue vents in good condition and no sign of leaks. 0PPM CO detected during testing. Basemnt/first floor humidifier is operational and #35 humidifier pad in good condition. Run test furnaces in heating mode from thermostats put into EM-Heating. Both systems are operating properly. Temperature rise is within spec, blower and inducer motors are operating withing spec, and nanifold gas pressures are within spec. Systems are properly, and efficiently running and ready for Winter. Test ran geothermal units in heating mode to verify operation. No issues suspected with geothermal at this time.

Two system heating maintenance. Basement system: Carrier 96% efficient two stage gas furnace Pulled and cleaned flame sensor Pulled condensate trap and flushed with hot water High fire gas pressure set to 3.2", temp rise 55 degrees with humidifier bypass open. Low fire gas pressure set to 1.3", temp rise 44 degrees. Air filter is new Replaced aprilaire 600 humidifier #35 water panel, washed the tray, opened bypass damper, and verified correct operation. No water leaks at this time. Dehumidifier filter is good. Set to 50% so it won't combat the humidifier during the winter. Second floor system: Carrier 95% efficient single stage gas furnace Pulled and cleaned flame sensor Pulled condensate trap and flushed with hot water Gas pressure 3.0" Temp rise 58 degrees. Filter is new. No humidifier on this system.
