System is producing an air temperature change from 72.5°f return to 77.1° with a minimal humidity reduction from 63.4% to 57.3%RH. System 2 at the main front doors is not running at all due to 0 PSI of refrigerant R407C After discovering 0 PSI and possible die on the cooling / dehumidifying coil nitrogen pressure confirmed the leak with soap bubbles and video Both systems need air coils replaced The south system is still running with low refrigerant pressure The north system has the power turned off and will not run is it uploading I knew 10 or 15 minutes it might take it Seth will consult with JP and prepare estimates for repair and replacement All equipment in the buildin
Recover all of refrigerant, remove and replace thermostatic expansion valve and liquid line filter dryer, nitrogen pressure test, evacuation micron test to 700 microns, recharge with 81 oz new R410A The heating refrigerant circuit is running in very good condition at this time with acceptable refrigerant pressures 21 PSI higher than running test pre-part replacement. Cooling circuit has a actively failing thermostatic expansion valve dropping the suction pressure to below 60 with 40 superheat. The addition of refrigerant for testing purposes only increased the discharge pressure from 330 up to 380 while suction pressure continued to drop. Daikin Fit system Noise concern Sound they are hearing is the EEV (electronic expansion valve) doing a self-test. Demonstrated it by resetting the power to the furnace, which causes the valve to go through the test. System is operating normally at this time.
Replace gas valve on Goodman furnace number 1 in lodge. Replace gas valve on Bryant 80% furnace in Old Barn. Replace gas valve on North maintenance shop hot dawg heater. Replaced three gas valves. Installed propane conversion kits, and set Manifold gas pressures to manufacturers specifications. Test ran in heat mode to test operation and temperature rise. All three properly running within temperature rise.

Called through service Titan and spoke with Eric to discuss non-functioning shop heater. He will try a few things and let us know if he still needs a service call
Service 10 heaters in cedar ridge including maintenance shop, old barn, north and south bathrooms, Lodge, and ranger station. Combination of hanging heaters, standard efficiency and high efficiency gas furnaces all using LP propane gas and one electric only air handler Maintenance shop north hanging hot dawg heater and old barn both have single stage gas valves leaking through. The North hot dog heater has been shut down with the gas stop and electric, the old barn system is still running with a very small rate of leakage but left running due to the only heater in that area. Lodge system twin Goodman furnaces have two bad gas valves. Both systems were intermittently running upon arrival. system one on the left failed first followed by system two leaving the above conference room with no heat. Replace OEM gas valve on right side number two Goodman furnace for 50% emergency heat Left side number one Goodman furnace is still a no heat condition until the gas valve is replaced.
