Pressure is at zero upon arrival. Nitrogen pressure test at 480 PSI discovered a rotten away indoor air coil. Die staining is visible in multiple areas but the nitrogen pressure test has discovered non-reparable leaks within the cooling fins of the coil. Upon arrival today the equipment in the house basement was in hard lock out on low pressure refrigerant switch. After cycling low voltage power and run testing the equipment the system is confirmed to be very low on refrigerant and short cycling at 35 PSI within 30 seconds of startup. Ultraviolet dye is already in the system and is highly visible throughout the entire lower cabinet of the package geothermal equipment. Wet oil dye has saturated the base of the cabinet and can be traced up to the reversing valve and discharge line service port. Dampness with very minimal die is also visible around the suction line service port and the refrigerant filter dryer.
