Greg and his colleague did awesome job balancing and providing recommendations. He also uncovered an issue that was kind a hidden.
Jake was extremely nice, helpful and informative. A great asset to the company.
Seth was fantastic! Quick to troubleshoot and let me know my system didn’t have any issues. Just paper caught in my blower!
I called on a Wed afternoon and booked the first available appointment - Fri a.m. Was called Thu morning and offered a cancellation slot later Thu morning, which I really appreciated (snow in the forecast Thu eve ... might have cooled off inside.) Received a call around 30 min before Seth arrived. Seth was right on time, and was very professional and pleasant. He was able to restart the furnace almost immediately, but he still took the time to check for any possible sources of the failure, and he patiently explained a lot to me about how the unit functioned. While he wasn't able to discover why the furnace quit working, I felt confident he'd done a thorough check. He also took the time to talk to me about my concerns about a whole-house humidifier that had been installed by the another service provider. I would not hesitate to work with Westin, or Seth, in the future.
Seth and the team at Westin Air have been great to work with. Really appreciate their service and expertise.
Everything went great from the first phone call to the fixed air conditioner! I already put a good review up on Angie's List.
Called first thing in the morning about my ac not working and someone was here that afternoon. Seth explained what was wrong in detail and fixed my issues.
Seth and Alex installed the water heater and accessories in a superb manner with great attention to detail. Seth was patient and lucid in explaining the issues with the A/C. Overall, an excellent experience.
I had an extremely pleasant first-time experience with Westin Air. Laurie was super friendly and prompt with her phone calls and Seth was absolutely amazing. Will definitely be using you again for all of our HVAC needs and recommending you to family and friends!
Called to inquire about Nest thermostat Install. Scheduled a same day appointment. Installer was friendly and helpful. I will definitely come to Westin Air for my HVAC needs.
